Unlock your athletic potential with our 6-week Strength & Conditioning Camp, designed to improve speed, strength, endurance, and injury prevention.

With two sessions per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5-6 PM), our program provides structured, age-appropriate training to help young athletes excel in their sport.

Led by Coach Dylan, each session combines physical training, education, and fun to build confidence and a strong athletic foundation.

About the event

Two Birds Fit is looking forward to partnering w/ Black Lab Sports Boulder to bring our fitness and matchmaking expertise together! We're so excited to help connect people and build a stronger and more active community.

THE WORKOUT:

  • 26 Singles: 13 Ladies / 13 Guys (we do our best to keep the ratio equal)

  • Black Lab Sports Boulder will lead the workout w/ a combo of Cardio & Strength exercises.

  • Megan H (@kilos.and.peaches) will facilitate the workout consisting of partner-based exercises in a timed format featuring our speciality - Speed Dating Workouts! This will also include Ice Breakers & optional Matchmaking. 

  • Each “couple” spends approximately 5 minutes w/ each other doing a partner based exercise.
