6-Week Strength & Conditioning Camp for Youth Athletes


Unlock your athletic potential with our 6-week Strength & Conditioning Camp, designed to improve speed, strength, endurance, and injury prevention.

With two sessions per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5-6 PM), our program provides structured, age-appropriate training to help young athletes excel in their sport.

Led by Coach Dylan, each session combines physical training, education, and fun to build confidence and a strong athletic foundation.

Week 2: Building Strength & Stability

Week 3: Acceleration & Speed Development

Week 4: Power & Explosiveness

Week 5: Conditioning & Energy Systems

Week 6: Performance Testing & Skills Application

This program is perfect for youth athletes looking to build strength, prevent injuries, and gain a competitive edge in their sport!
